The runner beans are in the garden!
I have no idea what kind of climbing beans these are because I kept the same seeds I got from my grandfather as a child, over 17 years ago. He kept the same seeds year after year too, so who knows, what are these!
One of the things I enjoy most about the garden is being able to witness how fascinating plants are in that they have the ability to recreate themselves and grow stronger and better over the years!
This year, I promise that I’ll keep even more seeds from the garden which is another great way of trying to live a self-sustaining life and reduce dependence on big seed companies.
