Fresh parsley – just the thing to put on top of a hot and cosy Welsh Cawl with a slice of bread and butter and cheese 
Parsley is a very easy herb to grow, either in a pot or in the garden! It forgives us for forgetting to water and weed and gives the freshest leaves when the winter cold starts to bite!
Fact of the day 
The name “parsley” comes from the Greek word petroselinon, which means celery of the rocks because it thrives on rocks and in cracks in walls and patios. Parsley, celery, carrots and parsnips are all in the same plant family, the Apiaceae family
